Stampede Run Horse Camp is located off Hwy. 27 on 1045 between Somerset and Whitley City. Come and enjoy the trails of the Daniel Boone National Forest.
40 miles of trails that offer lots of rock houses, the historical Sheltowee Trace and riding where four hundred coal miners use to live and mine the coal.

Barren Fork Horse Camp behind Stearns Ranger Station, is within riding distance of this camp. Ride the same trails as the Barren Fork Horse Camp.

Camp Site Facilities include
- 24 campsites with electric and water.
- A new 26 stall barn, we furnish shavings, you clean each day.
- Shelter with picnic tables.
- Wash station for horses.
- Dump station for trailers.
- Shower house.
- 2 cowboy and cowgirl toilets
- 2 cowboy and cowgirl showers.
Prices $20.00 per site $10.00 per stall. Deposit required.
If you need extra picket lines please ask the owners before tethering to the trees.
Fire rings are available but wood is not available at all times (no out of state wood allowed).

We are 20 miles south of Somerset north of Whitley City on highway 1045. Go 2.1 miles off 27 turn right at Stampede Run sign.
Stampede Run Horse Camp is on Zeb Perry Road we live out front in the log home.
If you are coming from Cumberland Falls State Park on highway 90 you turn onto 1045 at the top of the hill and go 6 miles to Zeb Perry Road and camp sign turn left.
