Riding in Yorkshire
Only a few weeks previously the show rings & stabling at the Aesthete All Miniature Breeds Show had been flooded but thanks to a lot of help things were drying up well.
Then, only the day before the show, Foot & Mouth was reported throwing competitors into confusion.
It wasn’t until after Jane had spoken to DEFRA that we were given the go ahead to hold the Aesthete Miniature Horses show. Big sighs of relief all round.

The sun shone brightly & it got hotter throughout the day; as did most classes in a very well attended competition.
We again, for the 12th year in succession, had a fabulous turn out of some of the best standard & miniature horses, ponies & donkeys. All competing for fabulous prizes in halter & performance classes.
Five judges, including Phil & Loren Collins from the USA had a very difficult task as classes were large and the quality was exceptional.
We extend our grateful thanks to all judges for doing such a great job.
