Grace Equine Rescue and Therapy for Humans, offers free faith-based, one-on-one, ground/riding horse programs essential to the restoration and healing of children/women affected by domestic violence, neglect, abuse, abandonment, loss of parents/loved one, who are underprivileged, or who are special needs, i.e. autistic, ADHD, etc.

Some of the therapy horses are rescue horses who come from abuse and neglect situations. In placing the two together, both hearts can heal and love can be reborn.

Mission Statement

To provide a safe, nurturing and healing environment for the abused and/or neglected horse and to allow this hurting animal time to heal and regain trust with humans. Further, these horses will then be used for the therapeutic riding program or for placement in adoptive homes.

To provide a safe, nurturing and healing environment for economically disadvantaged, abused and/or neglected, at-risk children, and further, allowing these children to bond with and feel the unconditional love from these animals. Through these horses and caring humans, this will help these children to learn love and trust and enable them to grow in a positive healthy environment.

To provide a safe, nurturing and healing environment for women going through a healing process and help them relearn and rebuild trust and allow themselves to love, care and nurture, beginning with the horses. This will help them to build their self-esteem and learn their identity in Christ, thus giving them the opportunity to live the life God intended them to live.
